Abstract Works Partners with Radio Nigeria

In view of further creating a voice for ill treated customers, C Panel Nigeria radio program has made a grand debut with their radio program on Atlantic fm 104.5.

This was confirmed in a media chat with Mr. Iyakise Udofia-Chairman of Abstract Works Nigeria Limited the brains behind the admirable consumer right protection campaign. ’Our Television and Radio programs are designed to enlighten viewers / consumers around the Country on customer’s rights, discuss issues on bad customer services, and uncover reasons for poor customer services in organizations and proffer solutions for improvement’.

We have an Online Magazine website (www.cpanel-ng.com) which is serving as the data warehouse where we publish contents like; Latest customer service and other related Jobs, Business news from round the world, Latest News from our community, viewers / visitor’s opinion on customer services in Nigeria.

We also have C-FORUM which is a monthly interactive town hall meeting of C-PANEL Board members and customers of several companies and brands, big and small alike. The forum is aimed at creating a platform for one -on –one interaction between public relation officer/representatives of different companies and their teeming/prospective customers. Issues discussed at all monthly editions of C-FORUM will be publicized in local/national newspapers, on the internet (via www.facebook.com/cpanelng & www.cpanel-ng.com) and on all C-PANEL radio & TV Programs.

C-Panel Nigeria Radio Program will air every Thursday from 2pm-3pm on Atlantic fm 104.5 reaching out to millions of Nigerians in Uyo, Calabar, Port Harcourt, Bayelsa and other nearby states.

As at press time, the newly appointed Project Coordinator Mr. Nelson NseAbasi is on a working visit to the C Panel office in Lagos alongside Mr. Afia Udofia the Managing Director of the company to further work out measures on how to improve the quality of services that Nigerians receive from companies and to create an excellent platform with the solution to poor customer management services, starting from Akwa Ibom state, through other major cities in Nigeria.
